- Stretching: Easily 10 minutes.
- Sit-Ups: 30
- Push-ups: 30 elbow-width palms. Heather tells me my back was bowing, though.
- Forms/sparring, aerobics and spar drills all covered in today's class.
- Drank way in excess of 32 oz today. I did better than yesterday at tanking up on water before class and didn't do too bad after class.
Time to go get my meditation time in!
